My name is Moha Cynthia

I am 15 years old, born into a family of 3 people, of which I am the eldest. I was the victim of my naivety and the misleading remarks of a boy older than me whom I met at the Nsimalen roundabout, during the school holidays, while I was helping my mother sell corn/peanuts/caramels in order to meet our basic needs. From this meeting was born a boy, now 9 months old, whose father has declined all responsibilities. My parents, who already have difficulty supporting us, were disappointed in me. So, I was forced to leave my studies in order to help them in small business, and rural activities to cushion the burden that is already beyond our means. Not having a certain future, I put all my hope in the single-mother project that is presented to me, in order to give me a second chance and a better future for my child.
