The impacts of the Ado Matter project through

ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) objectives

Energy

We value the MANAGEMENT OF THE direct and indirect ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT of the ADO MATTER project. To this end, we are committed to acting at the level of:

-We develop efficient routes and favor carpooling to reduce the project’s fuel consumption.
-The installation of time switches and motion detectors with a time delay when turned off is essential, to reduce electrical energy consumption as much as possible.
-The choice of photovoltaic solar energy as your primary energy source. Does your energy come from fossil fuels or renewable energies? The way you choose to adapt will be the measure of your performance in this category

Banning the use of aerosols containing greenhouse gases.
Emphasizing the use of household appliances that do not contain greenhouse gases.

Water scarcity is a growing problem in the ADO MATTER project environment. Therefore, water usage is closely monitored.

The collection, sorting, packaging and disposal of garbage and waste produced by the project

and infrastructure are implemented.

The rolling stock of the project regularly subjected to approved technical inspection. We think about the choice of maintenance fluids which must be biodegradable to the maximum of their composition.

Waste

We train all stakeholders to produce less waste and think about recycling through existing local businesses. Because every piece of waste thrown away is an attack on the environment.

Materials

The project complies with choosing suppliers of materials and inputs biodegradable or from renewable resources that can be recycled

Social concerns occupy

a central place in the ADO MATTER project.

The following aspects are

part of our priorities:
– difficulties in accessing employment for certain categories of the population,
– wage gaps between men and women,
– non-compliance with labor rights,
– taking into account several aspects, such as accident prevention, staff training, respect for employee rights, employment of disabled people, the subcontracting chain (supply chain), social dialogue.
